of four major components. First and foremost is a staff
of good people that are well trained. Second is information
that is correct, up to date and easily accessible. Third
is a phone system that can perform all the functions
necessary to ensure that all calls are directed and answered
properly. Last but not least is support.
Customer Support
Call Center operators are trained for general
order taking and processing services. If desired, they
may be trained to more specifically meet client needs.
There are many levels of support that can be given. Operators
may betrianed on product descriptions, prices or cross-selling.
They may also provide support and technical assistance.
Order Processing
Orders are handled by Outlander's 800/888 call
center. Our clients may use an existing number or may
establish a new number. Orders for products are received
via phone, fax, email or 24 hour internet service. They
are entered immediately, credit cards are processed and
products are prepared for shipping. |
